Sharp LCD LED TV Factories Kameyama and Sakai Green Front

Sharp Electronics Corporation presents its newest 10th Generation Eco-Positive LCD TV factory Sakai Green Front, along side its present Energy Saving and Energy Creating Kateyama factory. Green Front Sakai is a virtually integrated energy efficient factory with a convergence of 19 participating companies and suppliers in one location. The Sakai LCD plant is maximized for large LCD glass substrate production with efficiencies in producing 60"+ LCD TV panels. By sharing thin-film technology Sakai will also house the world's largest Thin-Film Solar panel factory. Together the LCD and Solar factories at Sakai Green Front brings Sharp's vision of being an Eco-Positive company to realization. Through efficient production of Energy Creating and Energy Saving technologies, Sharp aims to reduce 2x the Green House Gas emissions than it produces.
